Our lovely home has new bathrooms and new tiling throughout. With sunshine all day the screened pool overlooks
the delightful waterway and islands beyond. Dolphins and manatees can be seen playing and our very large dock is
ideal for mooring your hire boat, fishing or just lazing around in the sun!
Bedrooms: Master bedroom newly decorated, white with kingsize bed, cable TV, patio doors and view over pool
and waterway.
2nd bedroom has twin beds and features a desk area with cable TV - suitable for computer use.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath and shower.
En-suite shower room to the 2nd bedroom.
Kitchen: Kitchen fully fitted including new cooker, dishwasher, microwave and American style refrigerator,
coffee maker and all appliances.
Utility Room: Laundry/utility room with washer and dryer.
Living Rooms: Living area features large mirrored wall and has a wonderfully comfortable seating area which
includes 2 recliners and a double sofa bed. A separate living area has another double sofa bed and this could be
used as an additional sleeping area.
Other: The spacious living room opens out onto the patio and pool with views over the waterway as does the
dining area which has seating for up to 10 people.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All linens and towels - both bath and beach - are supplied.
Villa fully serviced after departure.
Outside: New 32ft heated swimming pool has outside shower and screened lanai with dining table, chairs, loungers and barbecue
overlooking the waterway. A roofed patio area provides shade with sunshine all day on the pool.

Travel: Miami (100 miles) is usually less than 2 hours drive and Fort Myers (45 miles) under an hour. Most car rental firms
have courtesy buses to and from Miami airport to pickup/drop off depots.

restaurants and shops and beaches. There are many golf courses minutes away and daily boat hire, and direct access
to the Gulf, means you can explore the fabulous waterways and islands, walking and shelling and watching the amazing
Florida sunsets. Capri has superb, inexpensive restaurants within walking distance of the house where you sip cocktails
whilst looking out over the boats and marina.
