Set on an Umbrian hillside with panoramic views over Olive groves, vineyards and countryside to Lake Chiusi glistening
in the distance; our ground floor apartment offers comfortable accommodation with two large balconies for relaxing
on. Enjoy relaxing in our pine shaded grounds, dine al-fresco in the bar-b-que area or cook up a Pizza in our Pizza
oven. Swings, seesaw and paddling pool (in season) for our younger guests. Ample parking to the rear of the premises.
Your hosts live upstairs and are pleased to offer suggestions for getting the most out of your stay. Home produced
extra-virgin Olive Oil and Wine offered for sale.
Accommodation
Our spacious apartment (66 m2 ) consists of 4 rooms
A good size living room with kitchen area and French doors leading to balcony. There is also a fully sprung sofa
bed in the living room.
1 shower room
The master bedroom is well appointed with wrought iron double bed, triple wardrobe and access to second balcony,
with views over open fields to Lake Chiusi.
The second bedroom has two single beds (with room for a third if required) a double wardrobe and has views
over our Olive grove towards Gioiella village.
Welcome pack, sheets and towels are provided, TV/video, Hifi, Cooking hob, Micro-oven, Coffee maker, Refrigerator,
indoor bar-b-que Baby cot, Baby highchair, Fan. Books & games and some videos, Children play area, Outdoor
furniture.
Use of owners washing machine charged at 5 euros per load.
Pets allowed by arrangement.
