views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. It is 23 km from Heraklion, 3km from the sea and 1km from the nearest
village. It has a private 6m x 10m swimming pool, a small children's pool and outdoor stone built sitting areas,
with stone-built BBQ and stone built outdoor oven. There is also a fully operational licensed distillery. The 3
level villa can be rented also as 2 completely independent apartments.
Villa Thymarmi is very quietly situated, but not far from amenities.

Notes on accommodation: The house can be split into two completely independent apartments. The house is tastefully furnished and
all towels and bed linen are provided. There are solar panels for free hot water.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Booking notes: A deposit of 25% is required on booking, refundable for cancellations 2 months or longer before the start of the
holiday. The balance is due on arrival.
Airports: Heraklion International Airport is approximately 15 Km away.
Car hire: Taxi transfers as well as car hire can be arranged.
Beach /Coast: 3 km from the sea.
Golf: There is a golf course less than 20 minutes drive from the villa
