Casa Serena, Javea. This two bedroomed property, which is suitable for up to four adults, is situated in the quiet urbanisation of
Toscal. A car is essential, the beach area of Arenal being a five-minute drive away and the shops and port a ten-minute
drive. The nearest small supermarket is about a 10 to15 minute walk from the house. Javea is about one and a half
hours by car from Alicante airport.
The house comprises:
Lounge/dining room: A beamed ceiling, fireplace and cable television (limited channels).
Kitchen: Fully equipped including 4 burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The washing
machine is situated in the garage.
Bedroom 1: Carpeted double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (also carpeted with built-in wardrobe) with en-suite shower room.
Outside: The 'naya' (terrace) has outstanding views including the local mountain (Montgo). There is also dining and relaxing
furniture as well as a barbecue.

These prices are for the house per week and include bed linen and towels (but not beach towels). The house is cleaned
prior to each let.
Changeover day: The week runs from Saturday to Saturday and the house is available from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and
should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Booking notes: A deposit of 20% is required on booking, the balance payable four weeks before arrival.
A discount of 10% is available for bookings made before the end of February.
Airports: Javea is about one and a half hours by car from Alicante airport or Valencia airport.
Car hire: Car hire can be arranged for you with a reputable company who have a desk on the Arrivals Terminal
