Exclusive first floor apartment, superbly furnished to a very high standard. This luxury apartment is on the front line to a 1400 metre beach with a pedestrian promenade. A couple of beach bars are situated near by. Situated in the delightful little fishing village of El Morche which is just 5km from Nerja. The apartment is just 5 years old and is well maintained both inside and out. GOLF is just 5 mins away by car and all shops and restaurants are within walking distance including a good Indian! There are open air markets plus supermarkets within easy reach. There is also an Internet facility just 2 mins walk. There is a lift to the apartment plus vehicular access to the rear of the building with parking.

El Morche may be found on the coast midway between Nerja and Torre del Mar on the edge of the Torrox Costa. It has been described as the Knightsbridge of this area! It is 60km from Malaga airport and takes about 40 mins to get there on the motorway, then coastal road.

Suitable for elderly or infirm .
There is a good lift which may be used to take the elderly or infirm to the first floor. Wheelchairs would not be able to enter bathrooms because the doors are slightly too narrow; however, if the user is able to walk a little, this may not present a problem. There is special access to the beach for wheelchair users.

Local Activities: Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountaineering, roller blading, sailing, ski, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, Go carting, good food and wine and nice beach walks.<

Golf: Along this part of the coast you will find some excellent golf courses. The nearest is just 5 mins away and is an 18 hole course. The charges are reasonable as far as Spanish golf courses go and it is very easy to get a Tee off time! There is a list of golf courses in the apartment with telephone numbers for you to book into.

Skiing: The nearest Ski resort is approximately an hour and a half's drive. There are also good ski shops for hiring skis and boots so you only need to take your hat, gloves and ski wear. The resort covers beginners through to black run skiers and they have several pistes exclusively for snow boarders. We have skied there many times and it's a great day out! On your return, stop to admire the sunset over the sea.

A refundable £200 deposit must be paid with the final balance.

Please note that the price is for the property per week. For long term rentals a rate is negotiable. There is a £25 cleaning surcharge per booking but there are absolutely no other charges. All bedding is supplied except for beach towels.

Changeover day: Sunday

Booking notes: A 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking with the balance payable one month prior to departure.

Airports: Malaga airport at 40 kilometres.

Car hire: not necessary.
