Booking notes: Bookings will be confirmed, subject to availability, on receipt of a written confirmation of booking and a non-returnable
deposit of 25% of the total rental, the balance payable within five weeks of departure. A security deposit of £200
will be held against damages.
Airports: Gibraltar airport is twenty minutes away and Malaga airport one hour by car.
Beach / Coast: The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk.
