Finca Morales is a detached three bedroom Spanish Farmhouse with a private swimming pool. In a quiet rural location
close to the town of Alhaurin el Grande, it enjoys a tranquil position overlooking orange groves and has great
views towards the mountains.
The house is spacious with tiled floors, cool in Summer and with an open fire, cosy in Winter. Malaga Airport &
the beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than half an hour away and there are bars & restaurants close by.
All furnished in typical Andalucian style.

There is good access to the property along a private driveway via lockable gates & there is plenty of parking
space.
The house is approximately half way between the typical Andalucian market towns of Alhaurin el Grande & Coin.
Both retain much of their 'Spanish' identity and are about five minutes drive away. There you will find a wide
selection of Banks, shops, restaurants & bars - many serving local Tapas at very reasonable prices.
For the energetic, horse riding, mountain biking, hill walking and a wealth of other activities can be found locally.
Not to be forgotten are the excellent Alhaurin and Lauro Golf Courses which are also close by. The splendid City
of Granada with its Moorish Alhambra Palace is a comfortable day trip, so too Ronda and Malaga or the 'Rock' of
Gibraltar.

Booking notes: A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Airports: Malaga Airport is less than half an hour from the property and there are regular, inexpensive
flights from all of the main UK Airports.
Car hire: To fully enjoy your holiday we recommend that you hire a car. We can arrange to have one available
for you on arrival at the Airport at very competitive rates.
Beach / Coast: The beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than half an hour away
