The Villa is privately owned and located in the prestigious Marina del Sol Resort close to 'El Faro' lighthouse
on the shores of the clear blue Mediterranean. Just 30 minutes by car from Malaga Airport, the Resort enjoys one
of the best positions on the Costa del Sol. The beautiful tropical gardens flourish in an area which has probably
the finest climate in Europe with an average of 320 days sunshine a year. There are sandy beaches just a short
stroll away and a large swimming pool with waterfall right outside the back door of the Villa.
Fully equipped and attractively furnished, the Villa is arranged on two levels and is light & airy with marble
floors throughout.
Bedrooms: There are four good sized bedrooms with ceiling fans upstairs, two have double beds (one is en-suite), two have
twin beds.
Bathrooms: There is a further full bathroom.
Separate cloakroom with toilet & hand basin.
Lounge / dining room: Downstairs is a large lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD etc.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & fridge freezer.
Utility room: Uutility room with dishwasher, automatic washing machine & tumble drier.
Outside: To the front is a large patio area with secure off road parking.
There is a further private terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture to the rear which opens onto the beautifully
maintained gardens and swimming pool.
Resort facilities: A full range of quality Resort facilities are available to guests at Sol y Mar. These include swimming pools, one
of which is heated in the cooler months, gardens, bars, restaurants, supermarket, shop, reception, resort 'train'
and entertainments. There is a Doctors surgery on site and 24 hour Security patrol. A regular bus service operates
from the Resort to Fuengirola and there is a Taxi rank and car hire service. There are many trips and excursions
available ie. Malaga City, Mijas Pueblo, Granada & The Alhambra Palace, spectacular Ronda or a shopping trip
to the 'Rock' of Gibraltar and many others.

Changeover day: Saturday.
Booking notes: A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Car hire: Not essential.
