Situated in the beautiful Jalon Valley in between two charming Spanish villages, this spacious completely self
contained modern apartment below our villa.
This peaceful inland area is a walkers paradise with stunning mountain and valley views over the Almond ,Olive,Orange
and Lemon groves, although the beautiful beach resorts of Javea, Calpe, Moriara and Denia are within 20-35 minutes
drive. There is a good selection of top local Restaurants within less than 10 minutes drive.
Benidorm is only 35 minutes away with many attractions such as Mundamar, Aqualandia, the new theme park Terra Mitica
and the fantastic shows at Benidorm Palace. There are also several golf courses within easy reach by car. The beautiful
city of Valencia is one and half hours away by car or train from one of the resorts train stations.
Local produce and fresh baked bread can be purchased from the village shop just a short walk away, or from one
of the nearby markets where an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought, and there is a large supermarket
within 20 minutes drive.

Outside: It has its own garden to the side for alfresco eating and drinking, use of pool and Casita, Table Tennis and a
barbecue.

Prices per apartment per week and include a Welcome Pack on arrival for your initial needs to include, Water, bread,
butter,cereal, jam,sugar,tea,coffee,juice and a bottle of wine.
All sheets and towels (including pool/beach towels) are provided as is a weekly linen change and hairdryer.
The accommodation and pool and garden area is all on one level, but please be aware that there are 14 steps down
to access the apartment from the driveway and road.
Please advise us of any special requirements, such as a cot, childs bed, highchair,playpen or extra fans and we
will arrange for these to be available for you. The approximate cost for hire of these items is between 10-20 Euros
per week.
Changeover day: Saturday.
Booking notes: A 20% deposit is required on booking and final payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Airports: Alicante and Valencia Airports are an easy one and quarter hours drive from us and we can provide
you with maps and information on the many car hire companies based at the Airport.
Car hire: Car hire essential. Car hire can be arranged for you with a reputable company who have a desk on the Arrivals Terminal at Alicante
Airport and facilities at Valencia. Payment can be made in advance or on your arrival. Click here
