is in a tranquil urbanisation and has some of the most spectacular views in the Costa Blanca, and yet only 30 minutes
from the coastal areas of Denia and Calpe.
The apartment is available to adults only.
Accommodation: The apartment is double glazed with gas central heating throughout.
1 bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Lounge / kitchen / dining area. This area has a sofa bed, fan, and a breakfast bar with 4 chairs. The kitchen is
fitted with an electric oven and hob, refridgerator, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.
The patiodoors lead to a terrace with steps up to the pool area.
Bathroom with walkin shower, toilet, wash handbasin and mirror.
Off road parking.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment as a consideration to future customers.
Outside: Pool terrace area and apartment terrace area. The pool is also used by the owners.

Changeover day: Saturday, but other days may be considered. When booking flights please remember that access to the villa
can only be made after 4pm and the villa MUST be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Booking notes: A non refundable deposit of 30% is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Airports: Both Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1 hours drive away.
Car hire: Car hire can be arranged for you with a reputable company who have a desk on the Arrivals Terminal at Alicante
